Books
A man’s search for meaning - Viktor Frankl. Explores themes of existentialism, the paradox of freedom vs choice, and finding hope.
The Alchemist - Paulo Coelho. An inspiring story about finding your personal legend and learning to lead your own life.
Wherever you go there you are - John Kabat-Zinn. An introduction to mindfulness and strategies for stress reduction in daily life.
Quiet Leadership - David Rock. Uses neuroscience to improve self-awareness, provide better feedback and coaching skills in a business environment.
Songs and Albums
The Wall - Pink Floyd. A masterpiece rock opera that dives into a character’s spiral of extreme defensiveness and isolation.
Good Thoughts, Bad Thoughts - Funkadelic. A groovy psychedelic track that reminds you to reflect on your inner narrative and prioritize the good over the bad.
The Empyrean - John Frusciante. An album intended to take place “entirely outside of the physical world”. Touches on polarizing topics such as light and dark, inclusion and isolation, death and rebirth, and might have some of the most lucid guitar solos you’ll ever grace your ears with.
Wet Sand - Red Hot Chili Peppers. An emotional rollercoaster of the ups and downs of life and love, and the tenacious pursuit of pushing through adversity. Jordan’s all-time favourite song.
Activities and Exercises
